About Hanna
Mary Hanna, NP-BC, earned her Master of Science degree as a Nurse Practitioner at Harvard’s prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA before she moved to Los Angeles in 2017. Mary is a licensed Nurse Practitioner in California and nationally Board-Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
While pursuing her graduate degree, Mary was selected for the highly coveted Dermatology clinical rotation at Boston Medical Center (BMC.) By the end of her time at BMC, she had fallen in love with Dermatology. Mary loves how Dermatology eloquently brings together the science of medical knowledge and the artistry of cosmetic dermatology.
Prior to joining Apex Dermatology, Mary had vast experience in laser-resurfacing, body contouring, skin tightening and injectable treatments. Whether she’s providing medical or aesthetic dermatologic care, she takes the time to educate her patients so they feel empowered in their own healthcare, positively impacting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Patients appreciate how well she understands and values her ability to provide excellent service to the Apex community near and far.
Mary enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, boxing and binge-watching her favorite TV shows.
