Dr. Harp, Dr Aria Vazirnia, Dr. Nikki Tang, Sherri Anderson PA-C, Mary Hanna BC-NP, Kristin Rupert PA-C, Alexandra Woodruff PA-C, Lani Keene LE, and Riley McCarthy RN are a group of board-certified dermatologists and dermatologist trained clinicians offering a wide selection of services for men and women in her Westlake Village, California clinic. Some of the services they provide are both medical and cosmetic, including, but not limited to:

• Skin cancer screenings and treatments: Patients are encouraged to have a skin cancer screening performed every year to look for early signs of cancer. If caught early enough, many types of skin cancer can be effectively addressed before they become too problematic. Depending on the diagnosis and patient needs, skin cancers can be treated in the office by excision, Mohs surgery, or IG-SRT.
• Acne treatments: Acne affects skin texture, tone, and overall appearance. It can impact all genders, races, and ages. With a proper diagnosis and a customized treatment plan, many patients can combat acne effectively and avoid permanent skin scarring.
• Botox or Jeuveau injections: Cosmetic injectables like Botox are designed to address fine lines, wrinkles, and folds caused by muscle tension. Botox is a popular brand of neuromodulator used at our office to provide a “liquid facelift.”
• Dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra): Dermal fillers are formulated using hyaluronic acid and can add volume right where it is needed on the face. They effectively fill wrinkles and folds and allow for several months of improvement before reinjection is required.
• Chemical peels: Chemical peels involve applying a customized combination of ingredients to the skin to help with cell turnover. They can be superficial, medium-depth, or even deep.
• Hydrafacials: A hydrafacial is best described as a way to exfoliate the skin with gentle suction while wafting specially formulated acids to cleanse the skin and remove excess cells, sebum, and clogging agents. It often addresses sun damage, aging skin, and pigmentation irregularities and leaves the skin hydrated, healthy-looking, and supple.
• Laser treatments: Lasers are used for various skincare concerns.  You can experience a reversal of sun damage, reduced acne scars, removal of precancers and brown spots,  and more.  We offer lasers for specific tasks such as redness reduction, hair removal, tattoo removal, and treatment of vascular lesions. When you visit with Dr. Karin Harp and her team, you can discuss ways in which laser light can improve your appearance and address cosmetic issues.
• Skin Tightening: Treatments with Sofwave, Thermage, Piqo4 (Pico-toning), and Morpheus 8 can reduce and prevent skin laxity.
• Sweat Reduction: Brella treatments are quick, simple, non-surgical treatments that reduce the activity of sweat glands in the underarm for 3 months. These treatments are safe and can make it easier to do public speaking, exercise, or socialize without fear of staining garments or sweating excessively.
